What we do

We list startups that did not work, along with what transfers with them. Founders list what they built and what is included. Buyers find working software, established domains and real users for a fraction of what building costs.

We are a marketplace and an introduction, not a broker. We do not take a commission on sale, hold funds, or act for either side. Buyer and seller agree terms directly.

Why failed startups are worth buying

A failed startup is rarely a failed piece of software. Most died of runway, acquisition cost or timing rather than of the product not working. What remains is a built, tested system with the expensive parts already solved.

For a buyer with distribution, or one who believes a market is arriving, that is a strong starting position at a distressed price.
