What Exit.so is
Exit.so is a listings marketplace. We publish listings submitted by sellers and pass enquiries between interested parties. We are not a broker, agent, escrow provider or party to any transaction between users.
Listings and seller responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listing and for having the right to sell what they list. You must not list assets you do not own or that you are not lawfully able to transfer.
We may remove any listing that we believe to be inaccurate, fraudulent, unlawful or otherwise unsuitable, without refund.
Fees
Listing fees are charged in advance and cover twelve months from publication. Fees are non refundable except where required by law. Listing fees are not contingent on a sale, and no commission is charged on any transaction.
No warranty and limitation of liability
Listings are provided by sellers and we do not verify them. We make no warranty as to the accuracy of any listing or the suitability of any startup for any purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from a transaction between users.
Buyer emails
Registered buyers receive listing emails and may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message.
