What we collect
We collect only what the service needs to function.
- Sellers, your name and email address, and the listing details you submit
- Buyers, your email address and optionally your name, chosen categories and budget range
- Enquiries, the message you send and the email addresses of both parties
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store card details
How we use it
Seller details are used to publish and manage listings and to relay buyer enquiries. Buyer details are used to send listing emails you have asked for. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
Seller email addresses are never displayed publicly. Enquiries are relayed by email so that neither party's address is published on the site.
Email and unsubscribing
Buyer emails are sent only after you confirm your address. Every message includes a one click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all listing emails immediately.
Retention and your rights
We keep listing and enquiry records while a listing is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can request access to your data, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@exit.so.
