DotsFlow is a live AI-powered customer communication and commerce automation platform built for eCommerce and service businesses. We currently have two paying customers: Herboria.Pk on our $49/month Connect plan and Medoinn.com on our $149/month Commerce AI plan, giving us early recurring revenue and real-world product validation. Our Meta Tech Provider solution supports WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger integrations, while our Shopify app and WooCommerce plugin are ready for merchant onboarding. DotsFlow combines a unified inbox, AI customer support, commerce automation, website AI concierge and AI call agents in one platform. We are now focused on onboarding more businesses, improving automation capabilities and expanding internationally.

DotsFlow has not failed. I built the product with the intention of creating a valuable, sellable SaaS asset, and I believe this is the right time to find an owner who can scale it further. The platform is live, has paying customers, recurring revenue, a Meta Tech Provider integration, a Shopify app, and a WooCommerce plugin. Demand for AI-powered customer support, commerce automation and conversational AI is growing rapidly, particularly in eCommerce. The core product and infrastructure are already built, so a buyer can focus primarily on sales, marketing and scaling customer acquisition.
